Core materials, handles, locks and hinges
The supplied selection board illustrates alternative door-core constructions and handle, lock and hinge designs. Material and accessory availability depend on the selected door family.

Door-leaf construction, measurement and handing
The supplied interior-door detail shows the relationship between the panel, core, frame, seals, edge banding and hardware. Construction is selected for the chosen wood, PVC, WPC, composite or glass door style.
Measure the opening height, width and finished wall thickness. Record the swing direction from the agreed viewing side before the drawing is approved.

MOISTURE PROOF AND WATERPROOF
Coordinate the door surface, core, edge finish and frame around the room and intended conditions of use. Moisture and other performance requirements must be confirmed for the selected construction.

PACKING & SHIPPING
Protect the leaf surface, frame corners and hardware during handling. Organize finished sets and accessories by opening number, and agree packing and transport arrangements for the destination.

A coordinated production sequence.
Materials, dimensions, finish and operating parts are coordinated with the approved drawing for the selected system.
STEP 02
Panel preparation
Prepare the leaf and frame components, edge details and approved dimensions.
STEP 03
Leaf & frame assembly
Coordinate the panel or core construction, frame interfaces and required sealing details.
STEP 04
Hardware fitting
Fit the selected hinges or sliding/pivot hardware, handle and lock arrangement.
STEP 05
Pre-assembly & checks
Check the leaf-to-frame relationship, handing, movement and visible finish.
STEP 06
Protection & shipment
Protect finished surfaces, corners and hardware; identify door sets and secure packing for the agreed transport method.
